01. Our services and your agreement
Primequay offers website projects, Google Business Profile management and social media content as separate services. Your accepted written quote or service schedule defines the work, deliverables, price, timing and any recurring arrangement.
Submitting the website enquiry form does not create a paid order or start a subscription.
02. Scope, timing and changes
Page counts, platform requirements, revision rounds, content responsibilities and milestones must be agreed before work begins. Extra work or a material change in scope requires a revised agreement.
Delivery depends on timely access, accurate information and any agreed feedback. Delays or dependencies should be communicated when identified.
03. Fees and recurring services
Each quote must state the currency, total price, GST treatment where applicable, payment schedule and any third-party costs. Domain, hosting, advertising and platform charges are separate unless expressly included.
Monthly services must specify billing dates, any minimum term, cancellation notice and what happens to work in progress. These details are confirmed in the service schedule before billing begins.
04. Your content and account access
You are responsible for providing accurate business information and materials you have permission to use. Client project imagery must not misrepresent generated images as completed real-world work.
You retain ownership of your business accounts. Access should be provided through appropriate role-based permissions. Do not send account passwords through the enquiry form.
05. Publishing and AI-assisted work
Publishing permissions, content sources and any review requirements must be agreed for the selected service. AI may assist with drafting, layout and routine tasks within that scope.
Uncertain facts, missing approvals or material account issues may require clarification before work can proceed. Fully autonomous operation in every circumstance is not promised.
06. Third-party platforms and results
Google, Meta, hosting providers and other platforms operate under their own rules. Verification, availability, moderation decisions and feature changes may affect delivery.
No particular search position, reach, number of enquiries, sales outcome or recommendation by an AI search service is guaranteed.
07. Ownership and handover
The written agreement must identify what transfers to you, when it transfers and any conditions linked to payment. Third-party fonts, software, imagery and components remain subject to their own licences.
Any portfolio use of your brand or completed work should be covered by an agreed permission.
08. Cancellation and consumer rights
Project cancellation, subscription cancellation and any refund arrangements must be set out in your accepted agreement. Charges for completed work and committed costs should be explained clearly.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
09. Questions and disputes
Use our contact form to raise a question about your service or agreement. Provide the project reference if available, and explain the outcome you are seeking.
The final terms must identify the legal operator, business contact details and any applicable dispute process and governing-law provisions.
